Nelly & Khadz is a trading name of The Nelly & Khadz Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 08823463 . Our registered address is as follows; Adamson House, Towers Business Park, Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 2YY.

If you are under 16 you must let your parent or guardian know about Nelly & Khadz before you register to use this Site or any of this Site's services. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18.
Nelly & Khadz is made available to you in accordance with the following terms and conditions (“Nelly & Khadz” "we" "us") website(s) (our "Site" or "Sites"). You should read these terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase from us.
We reserve the right to modify and amend these terms and conditions at anytime.

THE PURCHASE PROCESS

To make an offer to purchase a product you must follow the purchase process on the site, which consists of adding the product to your shopping basket and following the checkout procedure.  All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. You will be required to register your details in order to complete the checkout process.  Your order is not deemed completed until accepted by us.  An email acknowledgement of your order will be sent to your registered email confirming your order number, details of the goods and the estimated delivery time.  This email is merely an acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not constitute an acceptance by us of any offer to purchase.

Offers of purchase will be deemed accepted upon dispatch of the goods.  We reserve the right to refuse any offers of purchase for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

By purchasing goods from us you agree that we may use your personal information in relation to anti fraud checks if deemed necessary.

All prices displayed on our site are in GBP and delivery charges will also be applicable.

International purchases will be subject to the current exchange rate applied by your credit/debit card company.  In relation to international purchases we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes levied in your country.  If you are unsure of the charges we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

Full details of delivery options are listed in our Shipping Information page.  We aim to ensure that we deliver your products on the date specified to you, however, on occasion delays are inevitable and beyond our control.  We do not accept any liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated time frame.

Nelly and Khadz insures each product until it is safely delivered to you.  Upon delivery risk and any losses regarding the product pass to you.

We take reasonable care to make our site as secure as possible and we will securely store your details on our systems.  These details will only be used to process card transactions which you have initiated.  However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party fraudulently accesses any data you provide when ordering from the site.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

FREE UK RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you are not rest assured that returns are completely FREE for UK customers. You may return any product purchased from us, within 14 days of receipt of the goods as long as all the original labelling is still enact upon the product. You must not use the goods and must take reasonable care of them whilst they remain in your possession and all labelling must be intact. The goods must be undamaged and intact and please allow 10-15 days for a full refund from the date of receipt of goods. In the interests of hygiene jewellery, hijab pins, make-up, skincare products, body care products and haircare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.  

Please note, in the case of a full refund being demanded, all complementary items received within the package must be returned too. If your item was a part of a promotional package, for e.g.. Buy one get one free; the free item must also be returned, otherwise, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount initially due. 

To return an item follow the steps below; 

1. Contact us at sales@nellyandkhadz.com quoting your Order No and weather you would like a refund or exchange.

2. We will send you a postage paid label and returns form for you to complete.

3. Pack the item in the original packaging if possible to keep wastage to a minimum.

4. Cover your address label with the Nelly & Khadz postage paid address label found on the returns note.

5. Take the parcel to a Post Office and remember to ask for proof of postage.

Returns will be processed promptly upon receipt of the package and within 15 days.  You will receive the refund amount via the same payment method as the the initial purchase.  An email notification will be sent once the refund has been processed.

You may be asked to provide the proof of postage if we fail to receive your returned goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

1. Complete the dispatch note enclosed with your order and please tick the reason for return/exchange.

2. Pack the item in your box and attach the returns label provided.

3. Send the package to us using an international courier service, please ensure you obtain a tracking number and insurance, as Nelly & Khadz will not be responsible for lost packages. We will not issue refunds for parcels  that have either been signed for by a customer at the delivery address stated on the original order or for items returned to us which are lost in the post and are not accompanied by a tracking number.

Any international returns will be at your expense.  If you require an exchange this will be sent free of charge.

OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS

All rights including copyrights, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and rights pertaining to content reside with Nelly & Khadz. Any unauthorised use of this website or its contents, including copying, modifying, displaying, reproducing, publishing, licensing or distributing in part of whole apart for your own personal, non commercial use is prohibited.

GENERAL

As part of our service we may include links to third party sites or resources, please note Nelly & Khadz has not reviewed all of the sites linked or sourced and is not responsible for the content as such or the accuracy of the the third party links or sources.

In the event of any breach of our terms and conditions, including but not exclusively the use by any other persons accessing this site and using your internet account caused by your action or inaction, you agree to not hold us responsible from all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, losses and legal fees.

Our terms and conditions, policies and procedures are in accordance and governed by English law and the relevant courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.

All forms of communication from you to us must be made in English. 

Any notices which we may need to send to you under these terms and conditions will be sent via your registered email address.

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS.

We aim to deliver UK orders within 2-3 working days.  Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days.  All deliveries are fully trackable and the shipping tracking number will be emailed to you.
